Delivery

ChatBook is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

• After paying you return to the app and the book unlocks straight away, on the same device.
• Our payment partner (Dodo Payments or Polar) also emails your receipt and your key within minutes. Paste the key into the app on any other device.
• No email after an hour? Check your spam folder, then write to contact@proserviq.com with the address you used.

Refunds

Not happy? Email contact@proserviq.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we refund you in full. No questions asked.

• The refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment partner (Dodo Payments or Polar). Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your key stops working once the refund is made.

Printing

We send a PDF, not a printed book. If you print it, the print shop's prices and policies apply.
